Welliver
With 115 years of history, Welliver has made it's name in New York and Pennsylvania as one of the best construction management companies around. Welliver provides services anywhere from general construction, budgeting and estimating, to LEED design planning.
As part of a rebranding, Welliver sought to showcase their quality work in several different ways. These include launching a new newsletter, website, and featured project brochures. Together, these promotional materials enhance the Welliver name and show its integrity through the use of clean design and crisp photography. Welliver's work speaks for itself, and for this reason much of the design work is image-heavy. With these updates to their company image, Welliver is looking forward to a bright future and their next 115 years.
